ID Requirement: Clients are strictly required to provide a valid copy of the shipper’s (Sender’s) ID card (digital or paper) for all shipments. Failure to provide this ID will result in the order not being processed under any circumstances. For businesses, resellers, or brands, an original sales receipt will be accepted in place of an ID.

Pricing and Payment: All prices are inclusive of applicable duties and taxes. Payments are due once the shipment leaves Pakistan and can be made exclusively through E-transfer (Canada) or bank transfer (Pakistan); we kindly ask that clients do not use cash payments. For non-duty shipments or direct deliveries, there may be additional duty taxes or VAT as per the customs clearance standard operating procedures of the destination country. The consignee will be responsible for settling these charges on their end. We also offer duty paid service for direct deliveries.

Weight Calculation: Weight is rounded up to the next kilogram. Box weight is added for shipments over 20 kg or for direct delivery.

Cut-off Date: PBNoor schedules three shipments each week, on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Orders will be processed the day after the scheduled pickup. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, please don’t hesitate to inform our Sales team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Limited Liability: PBNoor takes every precaution to ensure your shipment is handled with care. However, in the unlikely event of loss or damage, any claims will be processed based on the invoice value and the policies of the carrier (such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). Please note that claims can only be addressed once all transportation charges are fully settled. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we kindly remind clients that our liability is limited to these terms.

Insurance: Insurance is not included in the services.
