In 20th century San Francisco, a white woman is murdered in Chinatown, and the suspect is a Chinese man. The murder causes social shock and the public calls for Chinatown to be banned. Chinese medicine practitioner QIN FU (LIU Haoran) and Chinese Ah Gui (WANG Baoqiang) are involved in the case and race against time to find the murderer amid a battle of wits and courage.
