ID Requirement: Clients must provide a valid copy of the shipper’s (sender’s) ID card (digital or paper) for all shipments. Failure to provide this ID will result in the order not being processed. For businesses, resellers, or brands, an original sales receipt will be accepted instead of an ID.

Pricing and Payment: All prices include applicable duties and taxes. Payments are due once the shipment leaves Pakistan and must be made via e-transfer (Canada) or bank transfer (Pakistan)—cash payments are not accepted. Non-duty shipments or direct deliveries may incur additional duty taxes or VAT as per the destination country’s customs policies, which the consignee must settle. We also offer a duty-paid service for direct deliveries. Pickup charges apply unless mentioned otherwise exclusively.

Weight Calculation / Shipment Charges:
The weight is rounded up to the next kilogram. Box weight is added for direct deliveries or individual orders. Charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece and any piece may be re-weighed and re-measured by PBNoor Inc. to confirm this calculation.

Cut-off Date: PBNoor Inc. schedules daily shipments and orders are processed the day after pickup. For urgent deliveries, please inform our sales team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Limited Liability: PBNoor Inc. takes every precaution to handle shipments carefully. However, in case of loss or damage, claims will be processed based on the invoice value and the policies of the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). Claims will only be addressed once all transportation charges have been fully paid. Our liability is limited to these terms.

Insurance: Insurance is not included in the service.

Prohibited and Restricted Items: The following items are prohibited or restricted and may be removed or cause delays: Liquids, Medicine, Food, Counterfeit goods, Cash, Precious metals (gold, silver), Batteries.

Delivery Times: PBNoor Inc. strives to meet delivery timelines, but all times provided are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen delays. PBNoor Inc. is not responsible for any consequences arising from delivery delays, including loss of business, revenue, or profit.
